The rules of the game, in plain language.
What the subscription includes, how payment, renewal and cancellation work, who owns the content produced and what each side takes on when the Vibe is on.
- Vibe Articles is a subscription: you pay, access is granted immediately and the platform produces and publishes articles on your blog.
- The published content is yours. You can export everything in Markdown or JSON whenever you want.
- The articles are generated by AI. Final editorial responsibility lies with whoever publishes, even more so with the Vibe on.
- Cancel whenever you want, with no penalty. The plan stays active until the end of the cycle already paid for.
- Going past the plan limit does not take your blog down: you get a notice and choose how to proceed.
This summary is only a reading guide. What counts is the full text below.
Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern the use of Vibe Articles: the site, the platform dashboard and the blogs published through it. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the service, you declare that you have read, understood and agree with what is here.
If you contract on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to do so. In that case, “you” means the contracting company, responsible for the users it registers.
What Vibe Articles delivers
The platform runs a complete editorial cycle: it reads signals from the web and from the sources you indicated, proposes story ideas, scores each one against your guidelines, writes the article, generates the images and publishes on the blog at the scheduled time.
- Vibe on: the platform publishes on its own, on the schedule you define.
- Copilot: the article is finished and waits for your approval.
- Your brief: you send a specific topic, which skips the queue.
What is included in each plan (articles per month, visits, blogs, images per article, users and features) is described on the pricing page, which is part of these terms. The platform evolves continuously: features may be added, improved or replaced, without a relevant reduction of what was contracted.
Account, access and users
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with them.
- Each plan defines how many users can access the dashboard. Do not share one login between people.
- Registration data must be true and up to date.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us through the contact form so we can block active sessions.
Subscription, payment and renewal
- The service is paid from the start. There is no free period and no trial version: as soon as payment is confirmed, access is granted.
- The prices shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription apply, in Brazilian reais and with applicable taxes.
- The subscription can be monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is charged in one go, with the discount shown on the pricing page.
- Renewal is automatic at the end of each cycle, through the same payment method, until you cancel.
- Price adjustments are communicated at least 30 days in advance and only apply from the following cycle. If you disagree, cancel before renewal.
- If a charge fails, we retry and notify you by email. If the default goes past 10 days, we may suspend the production of new articles, keeping already published content live for another 30 days.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
- Cancellation: at any time, in the dashboard, with no penalty and no lock-in. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and does not renew.
- Withdrawal: within 7 calendar days of the first subscription you can withdraw and get the amount paid back, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
- After that period: there is no pro-rata refund of the current cycle, except in the case of a relevant, proven service failure.
- Your data: export articles and images whenever you want. After termination we keep everything for 30 days for export or reactivation, and then delete it, as described in the privacy notice.
Usage limits and overages
Each plan has limits for articles per month, visits per month, blogs, users and uploaded files. They exist to size infrastructure and generation costs, not to create traps.
- As you approach a limit, you get a notice in the dashboard.
- If you go past it, nothing goes offline: we offer a plan change or an add-on pack for the cycle. We do not take a live blog down over an overage.
- Automated usage that degrades the platform for other customers (scraping, mass API requests, artificial traffic generation) may be rate limited, with notice.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of what you upload (brief, files, brands, images) and of the articles and images the platform generates for your blog. We claim no ownership over that material and do not reuse it for other customers.
So that we can host, format, illustrate, distribute and display the content (including in the embeddable feed, RSS and previews), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence, restricted to operating the service and valid for as long as the subscription lasts.
By uploading material, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the text, images, brands and data used.
We may publicly state that a company is a customer or show a blog as an example only with prior authorisation. Just ask through contact to revoke that authorisation.
AI-generated content and editorial responsibility
The articles are produced by artificial intelligence models, with research in public sources, scoring against your guidelines and figure checking. That reduces errors, but does not eliminate them.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness or suitability of each text to a specific case. The final review is yours.
- With the Vibe on, publishing happens without human intervention because you configured it that way. Editorial responsibility for what goes out on your blog remains with whoever publishes.
- In regulated subjects (health, legal, financial, insurance, gambling, among others), use copilot mode and review before publishing. Complying with your sector's rules is your responsibility.
- The platform takes inspiration from signals and sources, but writes original content. If a passage seems improper, tell us: we correct or remove it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vibe Articles to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content.
- Spread deliberate disinformation, fake news or misleading material about health and finance.
- Infringe third-party copyright, trademarks or trade secrets, including through uploaded files.
- Send spam, build site networks made only to manipulate search engines or sell links.
- Reverse engineer, extract prompts, resell or sublicense the platform without authorisation.
- Try to bypass limits, access other customers' data or compromise the security of the service.
Plans with a white-label dashboard allow you to serve your own clients under your brand. That does not authorise reselling raw access to the platform outside that context.
Domains, subdomains and publishing
- Every blog is born on a vibearticles.com subdomain, licensed for use for as long as the subscription lasts.
- You can point your own domain. Ownership and renewal of the domain are yours; we check the DNS and issue the SSL certificate automatically.
- Subdomains that imitate third-party brands, mislead or infringe rights may be refused or revoked.
- Once the subscription ends, the vibearticles.com subdomain stops responding. Content published on a custom domain can be exported and hosted wherever you prefer.
Intellectual property of the platform
The software, the architecture of the editorial cycle, the templates, the Vibe Articles brand, the logo and the site materials are ours or licensed to us. The subscription grants the right to use the service, not to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works. Templates applied to your blog can be customised inside the dashboard, but remain ours as a work.
Availability, maintenance and support
- We work to keep the service continuously available, with monitoring and backups.
- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and carried out in low-traffic windows. Security emergencies may require immediate action.
- A formal availability commitment (SLA) exists only on the Enterprise plan, defined in its own contract.
- The support channel varies by plan, as described on the pricing page. The general entry point is the contact form.
- Part of the service depends on third parties (model providers, search engines, domain registrars, email providers). Failures at those suppliers may affect production, and in those cases we work around them as fast as we can.
Suspension, termination and export
We may suspend or terminate access when there is:
- A breach of these terms, especially the acceptable use section.
- Unresolved payment default.
- Risk to security, to the integrity of the platform or to other customers.
- A legal or court order.
Whenever possible we notify you first and give time to fix it. In any termination, you have 30 days to export articles, images and data in Markdown or JSON.
You can also terminate whenever you want, as described in section 05. We may also discontinue the service as a whole, with at least 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of what was paid and not used.
Warranties and limits of liability
- We do not promise search engine positions, traffic volume, conversion or revenue. Content results depend on niche, competition, brand and time.
- We are not liable for decisions taken based on published articles, nor for the content you approve or let publish with the Vibe on.
- Except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity or data loss caused by third parties or by misuse of the account.
- Nothing in these terms removes rights that Brazilian consumer law guarantees you.
Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms. Regarding the data of readers of the blogs you publish, you are the controller and we act as the processor, following your instructions and the LGPD.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version and effective date are at the top of the page. Relevant changes are communicated by email and in the dashboard at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that period means accepting the new version; if you prefer, cancel before renewal.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Before any legal action, come to us through contact: most questions are resolved in a conversation. If the impasse remains, the courts of the customer's domicile are elected for consumer relations, and those of our headquarters for other cases.
Write through the contact form with the subject “Terms of use”. We reply within one business day.
